Purchased: Feb 2020 South Florida Fairgrounds Antiques Show
I have determined that "Axell Anderson" is a very common name among Swedish immigrants to the Midwest. The photo was found in the same booth as other photos known to have come from Illinois, Iowa and Washington State.
